Recruiting Worship Leaders — A New Approach
Hanover is known for its hospitality. One of the many ways we express that hospitality at services is through the friendly faces of our worship leaders. Greeters, ushers, and lay liturgists create an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness. In a given year, there are 342 opportunities available to serve in one of these roles.
In 2017, we are initiating a worship leader rotation. Rather than making 342 phone calls or sending 342 emails, we’d like to create a schedule for the whole year! The first step will be collecting information. Please complete the survey below.
